Running Performance Center
The Running Performance Center is the newest addition to the Lake Norman Running Community. Through video motion analysis, corrective exercise instruction, and foot wear/ orthotic education and advice we can take care of all your needs.

Sports Performance Training
AthElite Sports Performance Training is the program for your athlete if injury prevention and increased performance is your goal. Our Strength and Conditioning Coach begins every athlete with an individual evaluation to identify strength and flexibility imbalances and joint misalignments. Sports Performance testing is also completed to collect baseline measurements such as vertical jump, pro-agility and 10 yard sprint, among other sport specific tests. All training is done in small groups to ensure weight room safety and individual instruction. AthElite training focuses on strength, speed, explosion and agility development appropriate for every level athlete. Our challenging workouts will ensure continued progression and improvements both on and off the field.

Adult Fitness Training
The AthElite Adult Fitness Program is designed to help every client reach his/her goals. We offer training in a small group environment with individual attention to ensure proper lifting techniques. Our programs are creatively designed using varying exercise methods and equipment such as Kettlebells, TRX systems, free weights, circuit training, and high intensity levels of training. Every exercise can be modified to be made safer or more intense depending on each client. Our exercise specialist also helps each client maintain and improve their fitness goals with body fat measurements and nutritional guidance. We invite you to a complimentary workout with us to see the Elite difference in our training!
Warrior Fitness Program
In the spirit of giving back to those who have given so much already, we are proud to offer our service men and women and their spouses/significant others a Complimentary 12 week fitness program designed to increase strength, improve stamina, and lose weight. We can modify all exercises for all ability levels and all family members are welcome. Any additional family member is only $5/session and all funds from these sessions will be donated to local non-profit groups who assist military families.
